Bei der Wahl eines Ingwer Shots aus dem Handel sollte man jedoch genau auf die Zutatenliste achten, da bei einigen Wasser als Hauptzutat angegeben wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"ingwer-shot-risiken\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kann jeder Mensch Ingwer Shots trinken?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nein, es gibt Menschen, die auf Ingwer allergisch reagieren. Auch Personengruppen, die unter Krankheiten leiden oder sich in \u00e4rztlicher Behandlung befinden und\/oder Medikamente einnehmen, sowie Schwangere und Stillende sollten den Konsum mit dem Arzt absprechen. Es sind auch Wechselwirkungen mit bestimmten Medikamenten (z. B. Blutverd\u00fcnner) bekannt. Experten raten au\u00dferdem davon ab, Kindern Ingwer-Shots zu geben. Au\u00dferdem hat Ingwer, der \u00f6kologisch angebaut wurde, in der Regel einen intensiveren Geschmack, da er auf n\u00e4hrstoffreicheren B\u00f6den w\u00e4chst. Bio-Ingwer ist au\u00dferdem nicht genetisch modifiziert. Nat\u00fcrlich ist der Preis h\u00f6her, aber die Vorteile sprechen eindeutig f\u00fcr die Bio-Variante. Im Grunde genommen kannst du den Ingwer-Shot mit Zutaten ganz nach deinen W\u00fcnschen personalisieren.
