<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="nicecream-hochleistungsmixer">Warum ein Hochleistungsmixer die Zubereitung von Nice Cream erleichtert</h3>



<p>Die gute Nachricht: Die Herstellung von Nicecream funktioniert ohne Eismaschine! </p>



<p>Es reicht ein starker Standmixer. Allerdings kann gefrorenes Obst einen herkömmlichen Standmixer schnell an seine Grenzen bringen oder sogar beschädigen, wir empfehlen daher einen Hochleistungsmixer. Diese Mixer zeichnen sich durch starke Motoren und robuste Messer und Mixbehälter aus und zerkleinern mühelos auch anspruchsvolle Zutaten. Bekannte und beliebte Marken sind z.B.: <a href="https://www.perfektegesundheit.de/mixer/bianco">Bianco</a> oder <a href="https://www.perfektegesundheit.de/vitamix">Vitamix</a>. Es muss auch nicht das Top-Modell dieser Hersteller sein, die Einstiegsmodelle, wie der <a href="https://www.perfektegesundheit.de/vitamix-e310">Vitamix E310</a> oder <a href="https://www.perfektegesundheit.de/bianco-di-puro-verde-hochleistungsmixer">Bianco Verde</a> sind bereits stark genug und können nicht nur für Nicecream, sondern auch für grüne Smoothies, die Herstellung von Hafermilch oder Mandelmilch oder sogar Nussbutter eingesetzt werden. </p>



<p>Natürlich kannst du auch mit einem normalen Standmixer starten, achte aber darauf das Obst etwas länger auftauen zu lassen und gib ein wenig Pflanzenmilch in den Mixbehälter. Wenn du merkst, dass der Motor warm wird, mach zwischen den Mixvorgängen Pausen.</p>



<p>Eine starke Küchenmaschine (Food Processor) ist ebenfalls für die Nicecream Produktion geeignet.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="warum_ist_nicecream-gesuender">Warum ist Nicecream gesünder?</h3>



<p>Nicecream basiert auf Obst. Sie enthält keine Eier und keine Milchprodukte, keine künstlichen Aromen, Farbstoffe oder Industriezucker. Nicecream ist daher für Allergiker und Menschen mit Laktoseintoleranz eine gute Alternative. Der Hauptbestandteil ist Obst, dieses enthält von Natur aus wertvolle Ballaststoffe, Vitamine, Mineralien, Antioxidantien, Spurenelemente und pflanzliche Proteine.</p>

<p>Bei Verwendung von reifen Bananen oder anderem vollreifem Obst ist ein Süßungsmittel nicht notwendig, weil das Obst bereits ausreichend natürliche Süße enthält. Wenn du es sehr süß bevorzugst oder das Obst nicht süß genug ist, kannst du dem Fruchteis auch ein Süßungsmittel deiner Wahl hinzufügen, wie z.B.:</p>

<p>Wir raten davon ab, weil die Nicecream durch das erneute Einfrieren sowohl geschmacklich als auch von der Konsistenz deutlich leidet.</p>



<p>Falls du es trotzdem machen möchtest, fülle die Nicecream am besten in einen luftdichten Behälter mit Deckel. Du solltest den Vorrat innerhalb von einer Woche verbrauchen.</p>



<p>Am besten schmeckt Nicecream direkt nach dem Mixen, dann hat sie die perfekt cremige Konsistenz und absolut frische Note.</p>
